IMPORTANT: The 2.0L Claims Program closed on December 30, 2018. You must have completed your Buyback/AEM/Early Lease Termination or restitution-only claim and remedy by December 30, 2018 to have been eligible to receive benefits. The deadline for CRC appeals was January 13, 2019.

IMPORTANT: The 3.0L Claims Program has ended. To have been eligible for benefits, you must have completed your Buyback/Trade-In/Early Lease Termination/AEM or restitution-only claim and remedy by September 30, 2019 for Generation 1 vehicles and you must have completed your ECR claim and remedy by May 30, 2020 for Generation 2 vehicles. CRC appeals must be received by June 21, 2020 to be considered.
